Delete your TCG Bro account

TCG Bro app, published by Hachem Sefrioui (HM).

From the app

1. Open the Profile tab, then tap the Settings icon (gear) at the top.
2. Scroll all the way down the Settings screen.
3. Tap Delete my account, then confirm.

Deletion is immediate and permanent.

Without the app

Write to contact@tcgbro.app from your account's email address, with the subject "Account deletion". We delete the account within 7 days and confirm it by email.

What is deleted

• your profile (username, city, date of birth, avatar, badges);
• your binder, wishlist and favorites;
• your trades, messages, trade photos and reviews;
• your location and preferences;
• your usage statistics.

What is kept

• Reports: kept for 1 year after they are handled, for the safety of trades, then deleted.
• Purchases: your payment history stays with Apple or Google, who handle billing. Remember to cancel your Supporter subscription in your store settings: deleting your account doesn't stop it.
• Data requested by an authority as part of a legal request.
